Luckily, we have a range of online options to keep you moving - including group classes, private sessions & a FREE Saturday afternoon workshop series!

11/9 - FULL BODY TRIGGERING with Helen

 

Grab your balls - doublars, spikys, lacrosse, tennis or whatever you have and join Helen for an hour of trigger pointing. We’ll start with your feet and work all the way through to your head.

18/9 - OFFICE RESET: STRENGTH VERSUS STRETCH with Devon

 

Are you feeling sore at the end of a day at your desk? How is your desk set up? Now more than ever it’s so important to get this right! You may be tight and need some stretching or triggering but you may need to do some strength work. Join Devon to understand the difference and learn some exercises that will help strengthen your body.

Everyone thinks that Osteoporosis is and “old persons disease”….but did you know that you can avoid this with a healthy diet and correct exercise and the time to start is when you’re young!  Your bones need load and force to continue to build strength so join Tara to understand how Pilates can help you and prepare for a little bit of cardio!

2/10 - UNDERSTANDING YOUR PELVIC FLOOR with Helen

 

We don’t talk about our Pelvic Floor enough because it’s “down there”…..but we really need to! It’s a group of muscles that need to work effectively for you to function fully in life – it literally is the muscle group that supports your internal organs. Bladder leakage is common but “not normal” and something that can be avoided. So many clients who experience back pain find by sorting out their pelvic floor their back pain goes away. So, join Helen to understand the how and why. And this isn’t just one for the girls….boys, you have a pelvic floor too!!

We are also offering Private Sessions running for 30, 45 or 60 minutes.
